Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are happy to accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags intact within 07 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To process a return, please include a copy of the invoice and indicate the reason for returning the items.

Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned products.

Steps to Return or Exchange Items:

  1. Repack the Merchandise
    Ensure the item(s) you wish to return, along with the completed Return Form, are securely packed with your return shipment.

  2. Ship to the Address
    Use a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) to send the return.
